3. Website forms and notifications

This website uses custom enquiry forms built in Webflow.

When you submit a form, your information may be stored in Webflow and sent through an automation system called Make. Make helps route your enquiry to the correct email notification so the Venue by Trio team can review and respond.

Email notifications are sent from notifications@logieslab.studio, which is used to deliver website enquiry notifications on behalf of the website setup.

These notification emails may appear in the sent records of the connected email account used for the automation.

Where possible, enquiry notifications are configured so that replying to the notification sends the reply directly to the email address provided by the enquirer.

4. Email marketing and MailerLite

If you choose to receive updates, guides, or marketing emails, your email address and relevant details may be added to MailerLite.

MailerLite is used to manage email lists, groups, and email marketing communication.

You will only be added to marketing email lists where you have given permission, such as by ticking an opt-in checkbox on a form.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Submitting a general enquiry does not automatically mean you have agreed to receive marketing emails.
